A Self-Leveling Gray Sealant for Gap Filling and Moisture Protection

Self-Leveling Gray HT7725-8 is a two-component polyurethane sealant engineered to provide a reliable, watertight, and flexible barrier in applications where controlled self-leveling is required. Its optimized high viscosity allows the sealant to flow into gaps and cavities while minimizing drip, making it ideal for confined or hard-to-dam areas.

For applications requiring additional fire protection, Self-Leveling Gray HT7725-8 is also available in a flame-retardant (FR) formulation HT7225-8FR. This option maintains the same self-leveling performance and cohesive strength while meeting more stringent flammability requirements commonly found in aviation interiors and other regulated environments.

Designed for fast cure and ease of application, HT7725-8 demonstrates strong cohesive properties and forms a durable moisture barrier that helps reduce corrosion in assemblies exposed to water, humidity, vibration, and operational wear. When inspection or maintenance is required, the sealant can be removed cleanly with little to no residue, helping reduce labor time.

Self-Leveling Gray HT7725-8 is commonly used for filling seat tracks and sealing between floor panels, particularly in applications where traditional damming methods are impractical. The sealant is supplied in a standard 50cc cartridge and is compatible with standard dispensing equipment.
